Oui charcuterie are made locally in Woodbridge, CT. All the charcuterie is made from humanely raised heritage bred hogs that are fed a diet of barley, grass, apples, vegetables and whatever they can naturally forage for. The diet leads to an incredibly tasty handmade charcuterie that is evenly marbeled with fat and a depth of flavor from the meat itself. These sticks made an excellent addition with our cheese for the ultimate antipasti board.
